We’re now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take our marketing strategy to the next level. As the only marketing hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, generating demand, and driving growth. What will you do?
Own and lead the entire marketing strategy, from planning to execution, with a strong focus on growth and impact.
Design and execute campaigns focused on demand generation and conversion, tailored to key segments and channels.
Define and continuously refine buyer personas and customer journey maps to ensure messaging and tactics align with real needs.
Launch and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive qualified traffic and leads.
Monitor and optimize website performance and SEO, aiming to continuously grow organic traffic and conversion.
Create high-quality content across the funnel—blog posts, newsletters, success stories, and more—to build authority and support sales.
Develop and manage inbound, ABM, and marketing automation strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads.
Design and implement lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot to move prospects through the funnel efficiently.
Track key performance metrics across channels, analyze campaign data, and propose optimizations to boost ROI.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to align messaging and showcase the value of our platform and features. Work with Sales to gather feedback from the field, improve acquisition strategies, and support opportunity closure.
Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts, adapting our positioning accordingly.
Job requirements
What we are looking for?
5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi channel marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Hubspot.
Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and website performance optimization.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content in Spanish and English.
A strategic thinker who’s also execution-focused and comfortable driving initiatives from concept to completion.
Data-driven and results-oriented – you know how to measure what matters.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
