At Smart Protection we fight the piracy of audiovisual content and product counterfeiting on the internet. We do this by combining the capabilities of our technology platform with those of our team of data analysts.
We do it in a three-phase process: We capture large amounts of information online (big data), analyze it to identify violations (machine learning) and eliminate them (legaltech) on each platform that hosts them. In this way, we minimize the negative effects that illegal actions have on our clients' sales and on the reputation of their brand.

We are looking for a Customer Success Trainee to join our Customer Experience team and keep improving our services according our customer-centricity value.
What will you do?
- Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging effectively and finding value in our services
- Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues and provide proactively new solutions.
- Market Research of VOD and Publishing market for creating a strong engagement with the customers

What we need from you?
- Studies: Journalism / Audiovisual Communication / Business Administration and Management Bachelor (Final year students)
- Curiosity and interest in VOD or Publishing market.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Multitasking and autonomy
- Fluency in Spanish and English
