We are currently looking for an analytical, problem-solving, tech-savvy Customer Support Manager.
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be a part of our Operations team and help us improve the service delivery experience. In this role you will manage incidents all around the globe in order to provide a top-notch service to our customers with high end personalized attention.
What will you do?
Answer requests from clients according to the right prioritization criteria.
Use internal tools and procedures in order to perform a first-rate search to detect, record and correct incidents always validating information.
Permanent synergy with the Operations department. Requests will be transferred to the OPS Manager in order to be analyzed and solved efficiently and effectively meeting the high-quality standards.
Provide detailed reports to our customers regarding incidents meeting the desired requirements.
Excellent technology and internet management.
Skilled individual with social networks.
Database knowledge: SQL mandatory, Mongo DB desirable.
Time management skills as well as analytical thinking.
High level frustration tolerance.
Bilingual (English); any other languages are a plus for this particular vacancy.
You are a self-starter and work equally well in a group setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to give feedback freely and accept it graciously.
