Customer Support Manager

Job description

We are currently looking for an analytical, problem-solving, tech-savvy Customer Support Manager.


The role:

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be a part of our Operations team and help us improve the service delivery experience. In this role you will manage incidents all around the globe in order to provide a top-notch service to our customers with high end personalized attention.


What will you do?

  • Answer requests from clients according to the right prioritization criteria.
  • Use internal tools and procedures in order to perform a first-rate search to detect, record and correct incidents always validating information.
  • Permanent synergy with the Operations department. Requests will be transferred to the OPS Manager in order to be analyzed and solved efficiently and effectively meeting the high-quality standards.
  • Provide detailed reports to our customers regarding incidents meeting the desired requirements.

Job requirements

  • Excellent technology and internet management.
  • Skilled individual with social networks.
  • Database knowledge: SQL mandatory, Mongo DB desirable.
  • Zendesk: mandatory.
  • Time management skills as well as analytical thinking.
  • High level frustration tolerance.
  • Bilingual (English); any other languages are a plus for this particular vacancy.
  • You are a self-starter and work equally well in a group setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to give feedback freely and accept it graciously.
  • Client-oriented.
