At Smart Protection we fight the piracy of audiovisual content and product counterfeiting on the internet. We do this by combining the capabilities of our technology platform with those of our team of data analysts.

We do it in a three-phase process: We capture large amounts of information online (big data), analyze it to identify violations (machine learning) and eliminate them (legaltech) on each platform that hosts them. In this way, we minimize the negative effects that illegal actions have on our clients' sales and on the reputation of their brand.

🎯 We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to build the best tools to protect companies from online piracy.

The Role

We are in search of a Senior Product Designer with specialization in UX/UI (web and desktop) and solid experience in B2B product design, who can bring a strategic and creative approach to our range of products focused on digital protection and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design products with a user-centric approach, ensuring quality and consistency of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across our suite of solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to align design strategies with business objectives and user needs.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes and interactive mockups, using data-centric design principles to optimize the user experience.

• Evaluate and continuously improve the usability of our solutions, with a focus on accessibility and intuitive interaction.

• Integrate data analytics and digital intelligence into the design process, supporting the creation of products that facilitate the interpretation and visualization of large volumes of data.

• Contribute to product strategy through user research and competitive analysis, with particular focus on cybersecurity, legal tech, digital intelligence and social media management sectors.

• Ensure design consistency across platforms and devices, following responsive and adaptive design best practices.

• Manage the scalability of the design system.

What do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B product design experience, preferably in cybersecurity, digital intelligence or social media management tools and data analytics companies.

• Product Focus: Extensive experience in the full product development cycle, from conceptualization to launch.

• UX/UI skills: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, among others. In-depth knowledge of experience design principles and the creation of attractive and functional interfaces.

• Corporate Design: Ensure compliance with design guidelines in corporate environments, ensuring visual consistency in marketing, web and product materials.

• Data and analytics: Experience working with products involving data analysis, complex information visualization and data-driven decision making.

• Sector knowledge: Familiarity with sector dynamics of cybersecurity, legal tech and/or digital intelligence products is highly valued. Also sectors with operational complexity and data visualization.

• Languages: Advanced Spanish & English (both written and spoken).
  

Valuable:

• Experience with no-code tools, such as Webflow or Retool.

• Basic knowledge of Hubspot and management of email marketing templates and CTAs.

• Experience using user behavior analysis tools such as Amplitude or others.
